We provide advisory, consulting and documentation support for Australian skilled and talent migration pathways (including NIV Subclass 858 and General Skilled Migration), and selected advisory for other pathways.
Our services are advisory and documentation-based. Depending on the package you select, we may provide eligibility assessment, points and pathway strategy, preparation of drafting support for your application documents, and general guidance on the process.
We do not provide migration or legal advice or representation, we do not submit applications to government as your agent, and we make no submissions to the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf. All declarations, the Expression of Interest, and any visa lodgement remain your own responsibility and are completed by you through the official government systems.
Migration outcomes are determined solely by the relevant assessing authorities, State/Territory nominating bodies, and the Department of Home Affairs, applying their own criteria and discretion. We cannot and do not guarantee any skills-assessment result, invitation, nomination, or visa grant, or any particular processing time. Any points estimates, timelines, or likelihood indications we provide are planning tools only.
Service fees are as quoted to you or as shown on our website at the time of purchase, and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Razorpay). Government charges and any other third-party fees are separate, are not collected by Riteluck, and are payable by you directly to the relevant authority or provider.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, fees become non-refundable once work has commenced, and government and third-party charges are never refundable.
Templates, frameworks, checklists, written guidance and other materials we create remain our intellectual property. On full payment you may use the documents we prepare for you for your own migration matter. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our materials for any other person or commercial purpose without our written consent.
We treat the personal information and documents you share as confidential and use them only to deliver the services you have engaged us for. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data and do not sell it. We may use secure third-party tools (for example, cloud storage and scheduling) to deliver our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riteluck's total liability arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes, delays or decisions of assessing authorities, nominating bodies or the Department of Home Affairs, or for errors arising from information you provide.
Our website and services may link to or rely on third parties (for example, Calendly for scheduling and Razorpay for payments). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "last updated" date above, is the current version and applies to your engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
